Why this book?
A book that challenges the prevailing - silly and often promulgated - alarmist rhetoric and narrative that we are doomed. Written by former Undersecretary of Science in President Obama's administration. Worth reading if you are open minded and believe in real scientific discourse (as opposed to ad hominem attacks and shaming).
