not as good as i remember it being when i read it first (i was 15). but definitely still a fav!!!!!

wtf is going on. i'm reading so much and nothing at the same time. i hate the writing style. everything's so confusing!!!!! the characters are so bad and i can't even tell them apart that's how similarly written everything is. i'm bored

really liked this!! just thought its kinda weird that rhys and bridget are like lowkey kinda related ?? aren't they??? well wtv its realistic to irl royalty!! :D

i loved this book, but this had no business being THIS long... it put me in a slump i literally started this when it got published

this book instantly had me hooked. if you know me, you know im a slow reader but i devoured this book in 3 sittings. i've never fallen more in love with a fantasy world like i did with the world of fourth wing. the romance was also so so good. the only predictable thing was the last 2 chapters, i instantly guessed where it was going and what the ending would reveal, but maybe thats just me. and the smut????? CHEFS KISS. i will be crying screaming throwing up and rereading until the next book comes out in november. this book absolutely deserves all the hype it got and continues to get ALSO THE DRAGONS????? IM IN LOVE

4 stars bc i didnt like the ending much, felt rushed. the plot and romance were good and i rlly enjoyed this !!

first read of 2024!!!

i really loved this and this honestly makes me want to try playing chess haha (i already know i'd be awful at it tho). however i really didn't like the third act conflict as it's literally one of my LEAST fav tropes. (lying / miscommunication). if it wasn't for that and the in my opinion underwhelming ending it would've been a 5 star read too.

super cute book. i wasn't all that invested into the story and it lowkey sent me into a mini reading slump but towards the end i really liked it. definitely liked this book a lot but it's not super special to me and wasn't a page turner

wow it took me a really really long time to finish this, i was kind of in a slump and was going to give it 4stars but the ending blew me away and made it 5stars!!!! amazing book

i love this series sm and even tho i sometimes had my doubts during this book (like the juliette-anderson attraction.. wth) i'm still giving it 5 stars!! these characters mean so much to me and i'm so sad that this is the last novel. now onto believe me :') i'd recommend this series to anyone and i will defend it with my life
