Growing up, I was intemidated by books... especially thick books. However, in high school my English Teacher assigned us a book report with the only stipulation that the book had to be more than 200pages. I agonized over this, until I saw the cover of a Spell for Chameleon. The artwork by Michael Whelan intrgued me, so I decided to give it a read. I devoured this book and became a vorascious reader from then on.
