Solid 4★!
Really fun little space romp with a charismatic MC and tons, and I mean TONS, of pop culture references. Really almost Martian-esque.
I listened to the audiobook while crocheting, and ngl, this story works so well as an audiobook with only one narrator, since like 90% of the characters are (more or less) the same person. I don't think this is a spoiler. It's literally in the title.
Anyhoo. This was fairly short, it was sweet, it made me laugh on occasion, I'm sure I'll return to the Bobiverse in the future when I find myself in more craft-related need of background noise!
A Vader and Thrawn buddy cop story isn't something I thought I needed, but am very glad we got.

If you ever chuckled at a Monty Python movie or while reading Hitchhiker's, you're gonna really enjoy this book. Charming, witty and absurd.
I'm very glad that Neil returned to these ineffable husbands 30 years later and said “But what if they were gay?”. Ally.

If AI didn't make me uncomfortable before it sure would now. This was messed up. Wish this short story was longer, ngl.
Frankenstein's monster is an incel. Gonna read some Victor Frankenstein/Robert Walton Fix-It fics now.
4,5☆!!
Damn I really missed Locke and Jean! My boys!!
I definitely liked the first Gentleman Bastards more, but only ever so slightly so! This is still a fantastic fantasy book with charismatic lil crime bois coming up with ridiculously wonderful schemes and creative ways to save their own necks once it all eventually goes to shit!
These books are just so much fun. Even though so far they are 2 for 2 in making me sob like a baby. ;-;
