Why this book?
This book showed me that I am not the thoughts that I think, and that questioning my thoughts can lead to a kind of liberation. I've done a lot of emotional inquiry and exploration in the years since I first read the book, the Work remains a common thread, and Byron Katie is the most cited author of many books since.
