I am loving this series. It brings some reflections regarding human x robot and what makes as human, but that is very thin, the story is mostly focused on the adventures. A new character was added, Art, which I loved, and I hope Art will be back on the next adventures, their partnership was amazing.
That was educational. I find it weird that the parents kept talking about the issues that were happening in the country with so many details despite the child being present. At the same time, it was a difficult time, no time for overthinking the effects of such conversations in front of a child.
I was afraid I would not enjoy it as my past experiences with sci-fi ended up with me pausing the reading. But I really enjoyed this one and I am motivated to keep reading the remaining books of the series.
A dangerous books for adults that believe the Earth is not rounded. It was a fun read, the writing style reminded me of Lemony Snicket, though Snicket still master it. The powers of the oculators were very creative: arriving late, breaking things, speaking gibberish spies.
A must-read for all those suffering some kind of disability. The book clarifies a lot about how lupus affects mind and body of those suffering with the illness, going from the struggles for getting a diagnosis until making peace with herself. She tells about prejudices, loneliness, depression, abandonment, and brings awareness to how we live our lives, emphasizing the need to connect with those who care about us as career, money don't matter when your body is taking over your life.
