This book felt real, from the moment I started readying I empathized with the characters. While this book felt so realistic from the banter to the situations, it was a beautiful escape from reality. Triss our FMC who is a lawyer, single mom to her 16 year old sister, and overall badass deals with issues herself. One day she finds herself strutting up to a motor cycle clubhouse, demanding answers about where her sister is. That is when she meets Jack, also known as Graves, the VP of said club and the attraction is uncontrollable but she doesn't back down when met with his stubbornness. From there, she begins to encounter hardships and Jack is always there. It starts off as phone calls and their relationship slowly builds from there. I got to say I hate a third act breakup and sadly this story was not exempt. I am so incredibly excited to read Kats story which coming next. I can't wait to see more of Preacher, Tex, and more of the club aspects.
