Maureen's job has come to an end. After years in the world of retail, her place of employment is closing. She is officially out of a job. Prospects are non-existent but as she attempts to plan for her future a surprise arrives...in the form of an envelope.

She has somehow become the heir of an inn in Haven, Florida. How, she has no idea. Since she has no other options to Haven she goes...Upon arrival she is told that her inn may be haunted. No worries right? It's just a rumor...

After only one day, Maureen's life becomes even more complicated. It seems one of her guests is dead...and she happens to be the one to find him. Police come. Investigations begin and somehow she is the prime suspect.

How can she begin her new life as an innkeeper and clear her name of all suspicion? And why exactly is her office always so cold? Was she dreaming the other night or was that really a ghost in her room trying on her clothes?

What a fun read!! I was definitely in the right mood for this one! It's fun. It's spooky. There's death...a mystery...and old town feels. Very enjoyable. I can't wait for the next one.
