Bless This Mess

I've finished this book almost a month ago and I'm just now getting around to writing a review.

This book wasn't enjoyable per se but it was good in the sense that it made my blood boil and it kept me turning the pages.

The main character is infuriating but also we know her or we know of someone quite like her, had our circumstances been but a little different some of us might have BEEN her.

Its graphic aspect sometimes flirts with the more extreme side of horror so it had its over the top sort of comical moments too.

The ending gutted me and spoke to some of my deepest anxieties about the world we live in.
