Chasing Alexander

This was a bit different from what I was originally expecting, but a great read overall. Can be difficult in some areas for combat veterans, but worth the time to read.

While I never deployed, I appreciated the journey - and the insights from this Marine. It was poinient, and brings some awareness to some of the day-to-day that many are not aware of. His obsession with Alexander the Great was just a fabulous bonus to this book.

I look forward to seeing more from this author.
