I picked this up recently when I ran across it in a used bookshop, right before taking a trip to Prague. I read it while I was there and it was fun to imagine this writer walking about the city with Kafka, who is such a presence there, almost 100 years after his death. There's no story per se, just a series of conversations beginning with their first meeting until the author learns of Kafka's death, but it's a bit like Plato's dialogues–every conversation has a point.
