Daughter of No Worlds

3.5 stars. I had a hard time with some of the. . . Second language aspects. It felt more like she wrote in a rush and kind of took me out of the story a bit.

Tisaanah is a slave, and she manages to escape, and she makes her way to the orders. The strongest magic wielded, where in order to get accepted she is tossed at a man for an apprenticeship. Now, Max, doesn't want to teach her, but eventually he does. After some time, she passes her test, and they head of the orders wants her to take on a “raw power”. She agrees in exchange for freeing the other slaves from her previous home.

Anyways, I did enjoy the plot, I felt like the romance was odd though. It kinda of popped up out of nowhere for me.
