Dexter in the Dark

Of the three books I have read thus far this has to be the weakest of the bunch. In Dexter in the Dark the story becomes very supernatural as in demon possessions and cult like rituals. On the one hand it was interesting to get some insight into what the Dark Passenger is and it's origins but I don't know if I wanted his origins to be biblical in nature.

Besides the dubious topic the story line was almost painful to find. It dragged on to the point that I forgot what it was. I still love these books and I'm too into the series to stop now but I honestly could have done without this installment.
