I really enjoyed this sprightly vintage outdoors story (and wish there were a bunch more in this series)! Though my review of this story is long overdue, I still recall the vivid characters and colorful outdoors descriptions easily. Elsie was a character I found easy to root for and I enjoyed the mystery of what was really going on behind the scenes. The Christian application was really well woven in and I also enjoyed the romantic part, which wasn't overbearing to the rest of the plot but was satisfying.

All three of the stories in this series were unique and satisfying and seemed to include a real breath of fresh air. I'll definitely be rereading them.

Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for a free reading copy. A favorable review was not required.
