Well, this is... interesting.
Have to admit I almost fall asleep in the middle of the book, although it's not the story's fault but because of the narrator. Honestly, her voice made me sleep...
I have the audiobook version, and I usually love audiobooks, however this one seemed to flawless to me. I couldn't connect with the story, either the characters. I wasn't surprised when the main twist came, but I still enjoyed the listening. Somehow, it kept me worried enough to want to know the ending and that's the reason why I finished this book.
I'm not quite sure if I could ever buy the physical book and read it or if I re listen to the audiobook, but maybe -just maybe- I'll be checking Stephanie Clifford's upcoming books.
I won this book through GoodReads and I thank to the publisher for providing me this copy but this fact didn't influence the review.
