Flunking Sainthood

Short review: I am getting a little tired of the trend of books focused on doing something for a year. This is another in that genre, but in spite of the fact that the idea has been way over done, there is good stuff here. Part of me wonders if the author really thought there would be value in trying to practice 12 different spiritual disciplines for a month. Of course you are not going to be successful. But her writing is good, she is insightful and she has some really good quotes. But I hope we are going to stop seeing so many of the “A year of...” books
