I really loved Sarah Knigh's first book The Life Changing Magic of not Giving a Fuck, and this second one is almost as good. As in the first, the way Sarah writes is a marvelous work of brutal honesty, straightforwardness and helpful tips & tricks that you'll really love. This book aims to help you cope with life, work, whatever you might think of in those times where you're feeling a bit too drowned. This book feels like a deep breath of fresh air and can help you get your shit together for a long time, so I'd also advise it to a lot of my friends who are feeling a bit surrounded at the moment or close to a burn out ;)
