Green

I was, unfortunately, disappointed with this book.

I really enjoyed the beginning and was really excited for the story that it set up. I felt as though I had read the story before, but I was okay with that, it was one of those stories I liked so much the first time I could enjoy a re-telling.

About a third of the book in the story took a sharp, and unnecessary turn. I think the author had too many ideas to fit into one story. The relationships, both emotional and physical, seemed to be an abrupt plot-after thought and took away from, instead of adding to Green's character development.

The cover is great and the description, which only covers the first third, is intriguing. But there isn't any point in reading past the first section.

One extra half star for the potential of the beginning and an extra half star for Endurance.
