How to Be a Pirate

Don't tell CeCe she can't be a pirate. CeCe knows what to do. She goes to her grandpa. She's quite certain he knows about pirates. After all, he has lots of tattoos. And he does. He explains all the qualities of a pirate using his tattoos as illustrations.
