I Am Charlotte Simmons

I “read” this as an audiobook on my commute. I found large parts of it to be tedious ... going on and on and on when a few sentences would have sufficed. If I was reading it in book form I could have skipped ahead but on CD I had to either patiently wait for it to end or skip an entire track ahead, with the risk that I might miss a plot point. Which would have been unlikely because the plot doesn't move much. I didn't like the ending, either... or maybe the ending just made me disappointed in the character's lack of character.
