If We Were Villains

It's not often I read a standalone novel that in the last fifteen pages is when I feel the crescendo of an emotional rollercoaster, at least not one completely worth the wait, but this book exceeded my expectations of just how attached I'd be to these characters and my heart was racing in the end. A marvelous read.
