Island Affair

I think I am struggling with romance without any other plot line and the fake boyfriend trope is REALLY not one of my favorites so I really struggled with this one. It was a strong okay, with a very predictable fight and ending.

Also, the way such a light hearted book tried to tackle some harder and deeper issues left much of those issues unexplored and lacking in depth. If you're gonna do that, just commit and go all out but it all just felt very surface level.
