Jarren Heartwood

Jarren Heartwood is adrift...trying his best to make his way on the streets of his town. One night he witnesses the death of his mother and vows revenge on her killers. He ends up on the streets, barely surviving, and somehow makes his way to the Shadow Academy...home of the most ruthless assassins.

Training with them, he becomes a cold, unfeeling and hardcore assassin. He returns to his home town determined to seek out and enact his revenge.

However, things are not what they seem. There is an underlying current of evil plans that will affect everyone. Jarren must reevaluate who he is and what his place will be before the world as he knows it...is over.
