So I know I just said I'm done with feminist mythological retellings, but we all knew that was a lie didn't we? Sure this book has its problems, but it was really the world of the binding plane that captured my heart. Also in reading this it got me researching the Ramayana and I learned about something new which is always fun. And it led to a decent book club discussion.
