Quantum Radio took me by surprise. I wanted a good Sci-Fi. I wanted some thrills and mystery. I got all that and more.
First off, this is definitely for fans that are into having some technical jargon in their Sci-Fi reads. This has a lot of that and, while normally it would make things slow for me or make me lose interest, that wasn't the case here. It actually made things more interesting for me.
There is also a historical aspect to the story as it goes over history and timelines. I enjoyed this as well. Again, normally I wouldn't, but somehow it just worked for me with this one.
I was having major nostalgia while reading Quantum Radio. It has vibes of the TV shows Sliders and Quantum Leap. If you know what shows I mean and you loved them, then you need this book. If you are a Sci-Fi fan, who also loves thrills, and dystopian settings...you need this book.
It's been a while since I really enjoyed a well-rounded science fiction story. I assume with the way this ended there will be more to come and I can't wait for the next installment. I sincerely appreciate the publisher and Kaye Publicity for the review copy. All opinions expressed are my own.
