Short Review: Another in a series about a single mom (romance writer) that suddenly find out that she is not really human and has a number of amazing powers (and enemies to go with them.) This book she embraces her powers and tries to find community among other like her. But protecting her son becomes a full time job. I am not a fan of the ending (it is a cliff hanger that ends right in the middle of a fight scene.) But the next book is available and cheap.
