Royal

Roy has always been one of my favorite characters in this series - quite likely my favorite guy - so, needless to say, I loved reading about him. However...well, this wasn't the happy ending I was expecting. I still liked it, don't get me wrong, and I also like how it DIDN'T go how I expected...But it was just a bit of a surprise. Also, I wish there'd been a bit more closure with Roy's character OUTSIDE of the romance. Because there was a lot of stuff going on with him and I'm not sure he'd figured out anything more than he had at the beginning of the story. I would have given it five stars, if that had been addressed - that's how much I liked this book! (Maybe my favorite in this setting so far...)
