Sherlock Holmes

My main reason for borrowing this audiobook is my favoritism of Sherlock and Benedict Cumberbatch. I was not disappointed in the performance in any way. However it wasn't until I started listening to the stories that I realized these are not written by Asia Conan Doyle.

There are a number of short stories in this two hour presentation, some more engaging than others. They do seem to maintain the character of Sherlock, but I'd say the reading of the book is what carries it.

A couple of the stories were easy enough to figure the mystery out before Holmes reveals what happened. Still, the feel and texture are there and Cumberbatch has a voice that would likely keep folks interested even in reading a cook book.
