Six of Crows

Six Of Crows starts out very strong, but that's about it. It was slow paced, too many flashback scenes (that really weren't necessary)... and the thing about YA fantasy that always gets to me: Teenagers are placed with burdens heavier than adults are supposed to carry, and it causes this weird disconnect... especially when they start flirting with their crush amidst matters of life and death.

I may just be an old fart, and not the targeted audience. Alas... Not a fan of Six Of Crows, I'm sad to admit.
