Strategic Planning in the Arts: A Practical Guide

A non-profit arts organization for which I am a Board of Trustees member is beginning a new strategic planning cycle and we will be using this book as a guide throughout the process. It's not exactly an exciting read, but it will be enormously helpful as we wade through the challenges ahead. Obviously the book isn't for everyone, but can be valuable for any arts organization.
