Summer by the Tides

This one's a perfect summer beach read. It's even set in a beach cottage, with three sisters who haven't been in the same house at the same time since their lives fell apart twenty years before. I loved having the sister theme as such a strong element of the story and flipped page after page without wanting to put it down. Maddy also has a spark of romance right away with her grandmother's handsome neighbor Connor, who was a really likable guy for me.
