Sweet Cruelty

Extremely sad to report this book did not do it for me. As always love the over protective brood of men Zoe Blake writes but instead of an unrelenting women, we have a women who is naive. That is not my complete issue with this, I have LOVED books with that same set up. A main sort of criticism for me is this book felt like 70% smut which don't get me wrong, you can see my read books I am not an innocent here. But sadly it just did not work for me in the book. The main reason this book got this low of rating for me is both the third act conflict AND third act breakup (yes both...) got resolved way to quickly for my liking. I mean the conflict/breakup happened and next chapter it was resolved, there was no suspense.
