The Brontë Plot

Overall it's a solid story, and I loved the parts with Lucy and Helen. However, James felt really flat to me, as did most of the other side characters, so I ended up not feeling as absorbed in the story as I prefer to be. Of course, it might have just been because I read it after a solid five-star read with very colorful characters, so I'm rounding up instead of down.
