The Christmas Fix

DNF @ 75%. I honestly just can't anymore.

- there was really no reason for Cat to be so connected to Merry & want to go there - it would have made more sense plot-wise if this was her hometown or something?
- the only reason Noah disliked Cat was because she's pretty & on TV?? all his rants were misogynistic, annoying, & over the top
- Noah literally lays on top of Cat and clamps a hand over her mouth to keep her from leaving/talking
- way too fuckn long & I'm not even finishing it
- not Christmas-y at all; I'm sure this would have changed if I continued but based on the title & synopsis I expected this to be mostly surrounding Christmastime and much more holiday-esque
- no lead up to Cat & Noah getting together - they hated each other & then they were kissing

on to the horrible sex scenes
- constantly describing Cat's nipples as “pebbled”
- constantly referring to her vagina as a “sheath”
- her orgasming multiple times in succession just from penetration after like ...36 seconds
- “Milk it for me.”
- “She fisted a hand around the root...”; “...he fisted his erection...“
- “Wanted the feeling of being impaled...“

just a big no to this book. v confused at all the rave reviews.
