The Eye of the World

I'm incredible proud to say I've finished the first book in The Wheel of Time series. I feel like I just climbed a mountain when in reality I've just barely reached the base, looking at it from afar. This was a very good book, not the best fantasy I've read, if I'm being honest, but being the first book in a total of 15 (with the prequel), I know for sure that this is just a small taste of what's to come and it feels amazing to realise I have absolutely no idea what is still ahead. My plan was to read at least a book a month, but this one took me an entire month to finish because I felt no need to rush it. So excited for the next one. Light help me.
