“The Feast Of Roses” picks up right where “The Twentieth Wife” leaves off. Indu Sundaresan just grabs you with her lush writing and descriptions. I was looking forward to more of the love stories and jealousies that started in the previous book. I got some of it, but a lot of it was about the battles, both in court and on the battlefield. That's the reason for the three stars. I recommend it for people who liked the first book and want to know how they lived their lives after getting married.
