This is such a great book about a girl in STEM, who designs and built the invention that she has in mind. It's hard work and she has to try over and over again, making adjustments and bringing new perspectives. Exhausted, her doggy-best-friend-assistant suggests a walk. After a few minutes, here she is, calm and relaxed again, ready to finally create the final version of her Most Magnificent Thing. This book is such a great lesson of perseverance and creativity, I love it! The text is flowing and the illustrations are just what you need to stay connected to the story. I highly recommend it.

Thank you NetGalley and Kids Can Press for providing me with a free digital copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion.
