The Mountain Shadow

If you loved Shantaram then this is a must-read. It continues to develop the narratives of the leading characters including Lin, Karla and Katerbai. It was almost an impossible task to outdo the first book because it was truly flawless and easily one of the top novels I’ve ever read.
