The Scorpio Races

I was definitely expecting to like this a lot more. The book moved so slowly, I almost gave up on it twice. Most of the book is building up to the race and when it finally got there, it wasn't anything that I expected.

The writing was quite nice and I really liked the relationship between Sean and Corr as well as Sean and Puck. I was going to give this 2 stars but the ending of the book bumped it up to 3 stars. I was just bored throughout the whole book until I got to the ending. I also still don't understand the whole capall uisce concept, I feel like it definitely could have been explained more thoroughly.
