Well The Traitor's Pawn by Lisa Harris is exactly what you would expect - fast paced, suspenseful and an engaging read. The lead female character is bold, brave and holds her own. She is not a damsel in distress, but rather faces her enemy with courage and intelligence. There a few twists and turns that keep you guessing as to who the traitor will be. Tension between family members adds to the characters complicated pasts that come back to haunt them. It's a book you won't want to put down until the end!
