Waiting for Friday Night

4/5 - I got this book on a whim at the library and I had no expectations for it. I giggled and kicked my feet the entire time because of the pure family drama. The FMC was a type A protective single mother who did it all and the MMC was an ex pro football player now turned high school football coach. I enjoyed both characters as this was a slow burn and I was satisfied at the end. The story was definitely far fetched, but that's what I love about fiction as you can make up your own world.
