Wanda E. Brunstetter's Amish Friends Cookbook Volume 2

I believe it was in 2007, when author of Amish Christian Fiction Wanda E. Brunstetter brought us the Amish Friend's Cookbook. And now as of July 2009, also from Barbour Books and Wanda E. Brunstetter we have the second volume available.
With a good 200 recipes this cookbook provides with plenty of new things to add to your kitchen repertoire. I love the chapters that each tell you varying tidbits of Amish counties in multiple states. Probably for myself, if I had to choose a favorite chapter, it would be the beverages. I always get so bored with just water and there are only so many flavors of tea, but here you can learn Holiday Punch, Lemon Shake-Up, Amish Wine (alcohol free FYI), Homemade Hot Chocolate and several more. Love that!
