Grim and Shocking Tale!!
A grim tale of possible future that makes you think should we raise voice against the totalitarian regimes when they start making disastrous changes or just act ignorant and think it will not impact us. The main character had the same thinking and very well conveys it by saying “we are the people who live in the white spaces of newspapers always thinking that actions by government will never impact us.”
On the other note, the book is slightly difficult to read but you slowly get hooked to the story of Offred and how world came to a dark future like this.
An amazing read, to which you will find yourself hooked. The book brings the atrocities faced by people during the World War 2 in purest way possible. A must read for those who want to feel the power of love 👌
A good thriller from Lee Child introducing Jack Reacher but somewhere it lacks the punch. The storyline is little predictive. I feel that successive Jack Reacher novels are more polished than this. Anyways it is still a goodread and you will enjoy it.
I was waiting for this book for a long time as I love how Amish writes about our mythologies. He has always able to grab my attention from the get go and thats what you ask from a good author to empower you to imagine and picturize the whole story in your mind. Amish has succeeded again in doing the same with this book also. There are some weak points but for me it was a book i enjoyed reading. So grab your copy and see it as mythology from Amish's perspective.
Dark Matter is the best book I have read till this date. Book is filled with thrills and so many emotions. I have felt the pain the main character goes through as I read the lines. The book twists your mind in weird ways and keeps you hooked. I am slow reader but was able to finish this one in 2days time and from that you can assume how great this book is. A must read as it will make you care about your loved ones more and take you through a ride you have never experienced before. Thanks to the universe or the decisions that led me to this amazing masterpiece.
