A psych read, but the authors do an amazing job at using stories to teach messages. So heartbreaking but very interesting.

Good insights. A bit repetitive, but needed to get the point solidified.

I wasn't sure about it in the beginning due to the stereotype of introvert=sensitive and extravert=aggressive. But I fully enjoyed the end.
