Wind and Truth feels like a triumph. It falters in it's editing, and probably it's length, but I found it deeply satisfying and thrilling as a fan of the series. I do think some real work needs to happen in the editing department to tighten up these novels and give them the finish they deserve, but this series was a delightful read so far. Very much looking forward to whats next.
I think these books were the right books for me at the right time. Absolutely heartwarming, philosophical, and filled with hope for the future. Dex's struggles with need and purpose are really resonating with me right now, and these books are both beautiful imaginations of what could be.
The perfect book for me right now. Filled me with hope. There's so much I could say about this book, but instead of saying things, I feel like it wants me to do things. Change the world to be a better place, one step at a time.
Genuinely really interesting. Vastly different from DUNE, but I enjoyed the way the book unfolded quite a bit. I definitely felt there was some potential left behind, but the way the characters move and change was really satisfying
