See allOne of the saddest books I've read in a long time. It is a book full of saddness, loss, despair, death and just a drop of hope.
The beginning was interesting but the further into the book i got the less interesting it became.
I liked the concept of the story but I was bored throughout most of it and ended up speed reading through the last 200 pages. There is way too many details and the story unfolds super slow - and worst of all the ending was not surprising.
I loved this book. Maybe because I can recognize myself and many of my own musings in the author's.
I think all women should, if not read the book, then at least ponder their own life and role. What do you want vs what everyone else wants and expect from you - and not bow to society's pressure.
