probably the most important book for my health the coming decades.
now feeling like voluntarily not getting enough sleep is batshit crazy.

Something different than what i read usually, but quite interesting and well written.

Maybe not the most in depth but the point brought across perfectly with examples and experiences.

very nice book, gives one insights into the old Rome and the mind of a philosopher.

Loved every bit of it.
