Eliot

This one is going on a “most important books of my life” shelf. I was really skeptical of the claims on the cover and even in the first few chapters, but she's done a phenomenal job of using research and staying away from shame/guilt and leaning into positive thinking.

Her style is easy going and fun. The chapters were fast moving and full of good research and practical steps. I highlighted a lot, which I rarely do. I'll likely be returning to re-read sections often.
