I've read most of the chapters in this book, just out-of-order and intermittently

Sometimes convoluted. Occasional typos. Practice problems can be unclear/not well-defined.
Otherwise good, almost essential to have.

Mostly finished, skipped a few chapters

i read the important parts, at least
main takeaway: there's such thing as too many cooks in the kitchen in software dev

for sure gonna sleep more now

a bit too many anecdotes and length explanations of research studies, but i guess you have to fill up the book somehow

Has great ideas with lots of (sometimes interesting) anecdotal bullshit mixed in that you can skip if you're in a rush
