Brandon Sanderson just does such a phenomenal job. Every aspect of this book is so beautifully written and works so well together. From his characters to the story, it's so incredibly fleshed out that you fall in love with everyone. For two nights straight, I stayed up 4 hours longer than I was supposed to just to read more. The only reason I'm not starting the next book is because I really need to go to sleep.
Super intriguing. Made me think More about how those smaller actions I take impact my overall life while still being a fun read
She does it again. Such a beautiful mixture of old and new characters. Schwab has a way to name me invested in characters that don't even have names. An absolute masterpiece to an already great series
Everything only always happens to Eragon. He never goes out of his way to push the plot further. A great world that lacked depth
I felt like a little kid reading this book. Staying up way past my bedtime to get one more chapter done. Brandon Sanderson is incredible at world building and creates characters that you can easily fall in love with
Informative story detailing the life of the person behind the HeLa cells. I have no medical background but this book helped me learn not just about the medicine/research side of cells but more importantly, how black people were continued to be treated as second class citizens and test subjects.
It was like if you mixed the top 3 fantasy novels with ACOTAR, this OS what you'd get. Predictable storyline, flat characters, and aggressive smut. Did I know what was going to happen at all times? Absolutely. Did I stay up to read when I should've been sleeping? 100%. AM great time pass or vacation book but nothing more than that
This was an eye opening experience into how women in the workforce are treated and the “second shift” they have to pick up. The authors approach to using case studies made it an easy read and a knowledgeable one as well
